Is your mesh invisible on mobile?
It looks fine in Studio on your desktop. Then players on phones see nothing. Drop a GLB or OBJ and get the triangle count, stud scale, pivot placement and mobile-risk verdict in seconds.

Why meshes vanish on phones
Above ~10k triangles a mesh gets heavily decimated for low render fidelity, and at the ~21k import ceiling Studio rejects it outright. Check before you ship.
1 stud = 0.28 m
Exports at the wrong unit scale produce microscopic or building-sized props. The checker converts your bounding box to studs so scale mistakes are obvious.
Bottom-center pivot
If the mesh base isn't at Y = 0, props float or sink on placement. The verdict flags pivot offsets so you can fix the export, not fight the editor.
Mesh checker questions
Why is my mesh invisible on mobile in Roblox?
The most common causes are a triangle count above what low-end devices render (10,000+ is risky), missing normals, or textures without UV coordinates. Roblox Studio may show the mesh on desktop while it silently fails to render on mobile.
What is a good triangle count for a Roblox mesh?
For props used repeatedly in a scene, aim under 10,000 triangles. Roblox MeshParts reject imports around 21,000 triangles, and meshes above 10k get aggressively decimated on lower render fidelity.
How many studs is a meter in Roblox?
One Roblox stud equals 0.28 meters. A door is roughly 7 studs tall, a crate 2–4 studs.
Where should a Roblox mesh pivot be?
Props should have a bottom-center pivot: the mesh base rests at Y = 0 and the model is centered on X/Z, so drop-to-surface placement works without manual nudging.
What is the maximum number of triangles allowed per mesh in Roblox?
About 21,000 triangles per MeshPart import. Beyond that Studio rejects or strips the mesh on import. For scenes that must run on phones, keep props under 10,000 because heavier meshes are decimated on low-end devices.
Can I upload a mesh with more than 10,000 triangles to Roblox?
Yes. Imports work up to about 21,000 triangles. The 10,000 number is a performance target, not an import block: above it, expect aggressive decimation or invisibility on low-end phones, so keep repeated props well under it.
How do I fix the contains more than 10000 triangles error?
That message comes from the older importer wording. Delete the geometry nobody sees first (interior faces are routinely 20 to 40 percent of a generated mesh), then decimate what is left in Collapse mode at a 0.3 to 0.5 ratio. Re-check the count here after each pass.
Why does my mesh look fine in Blender but disappear in Roblox Studio?
Blender draws both sides of every face and resolves textures from your project folder. Studio culls inward-wound faces, renders textureless surfaces blank, and imports microscopic meshes as invisible dots. This checker reads the file for all three, so you know which one you are fixing.
Over budget? The triangle limit guide explains the budgets, and the Studs Converter translates the reported stud sizes into meters, centimeters and feet.
